Submitting a notice

Send the notice to dmca@mrfaps.com. You must create or forward this mailbox before publishing this edition.

• Identification of the copyrighted work.
• The exact MrFaps URL containing the claimed material.
• Your contact details and physical or electronic signature.
• A good-faith statement that the use is unauthorized.
• A statement under penalty of perjury that the information is accurate and you are authorized to act.

Response

MrFaps may temporarily remove or de-index the link while reviewing the notice and may notify the provider or affected person.

Counter-notice

An affected person may submit a valid counter-notice including identification, removed material, a statement under penalty of perjury, consent to the relevant jurisdiction and a signature.

Abuse

False or misleading notices may create liability. MrFaps may reject incomplete requests and act against repeat infringers.
